About Us

The State Approving Agency for Veterans Education (SAA) of the Virginia Department of Veterans' Services is responsible for approving courses of instruction at post-secondary educational institutions and operating in Virginia, so that eligible veterans, war orphans and widows may enroll in and receive financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs while pursuing an approved course or program.
